Cape Town is home to the most incredible heritage sites which are well preserved.

On my recent visit, I took a hike up Silvermine Mountain, then on another day I did the pipe track and a third mini-hike was Kirstenbosch.

The fauna, flora and vistas were amazing and I hope my images are beautiful to you.

Dappled sunlight adds even more lustre to the golden honey coloured stone of the Sir Herbert Baker UCT buildings against the striking backdrop of Table Mountain.
The unique Cape Dutch gabled architecture of the Manor House on the stunning wine estate Grand Provence.
Art in all its forms and glory can be seen and enjoyed all over this region. This majestic sculpture stands proud at the entrance to the Grand Provence wine estate.
Wine tasting is often paired with a fresh fruit/charcuterie and bread board . It is one of life's simple but satisfying pleasures.
"Trappies" in the Bo Kaap are a work of art themselves. A testimony to the eye of style of the local community.
Love is all around. This beautifully painted little home in Rose Street Bo Kaap.
On my sunrise walk I came across this heritage home with its original "brookie lace" frontage still intact on the border of Tamboerskloof. What a lovely building to look at indeed.
