Lusikisiki mass shooting: Police release victim’s names, as Ramaphosa sends his condolences

Police have released the names of the 18 people who died in a horrific mass shooting in Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape on Friday night. President Cyril Ramaphosa assured South African that the perpetrators would be brought to book.
