The South Gauteng High Court’s ruling that Black Coffee’s ex-wife, Enhle Mbali, getting 50% of his worth and setting aside their prenuptial agreement sparked mixed reactions on X:

@spotlightz1 Let’s celebrate with Mbali Enhle. Many women sacrifice their dreams for family but are tossed aside when success hits. It happened with Enhle and Black Coffee and her being a Black woman, she was called all sorts of names. She deserves every sweeter worth of every pain, White or Black!

@JARVAS_SVR No woman sacrifices her dreams, it’s pure laziness that they decide to not pursue anything and hope someone (a man) works for them whilst they do nothing, wait for him to make 1 mistake then they screw him of all his hard work. But I blame men, they’ll learn not to get married.

@PHIAMROI89 Raising kids is not nothing and it’s not laziness. You won’t understand because most men think that it’s a walk in the park and some abandon their parental duties. Raising kids requires presence as much as it requires money. Both are contributing, but in different ways.

@JeanJeqe That man wanted to her live in a two-bedroomed flat with no electricity. He has two kids – it’s sad that it seems that he doesn’t care about the kids either, but is happy to travel the world with his new girlfriend instead of being at home helping with homework. I’m happy for Enhle.

@Silver_TsiTsi With the divorce rate peaking in this country, it’s is so sad that we are celebrating this like its some sought of achievement, this is weak and petty way to accomplish the bag, Enhle gets no respect from me.

@Kgosetsile Yes, congratulations to Entle Sc However, the notion that she sacrificed herself for her family is wrong & misleading She was earning a salary as an actor. She toured the world with Black Coffee. She had a chauffeur hired for her children go to best schools – all paid for by a man.

@M_MDM_ Women are liabilities. They are celebrating a man’s (supposed) downfall, and aren’t even hiding it. Thanks to social media, their true dark nature is exposed. Men: never marry or touch these low-life liabilities.

@bongwe_ncube It’s so funny how everyone condemns Mbali actions! Black Coffee cheated and destroyed his own marriage , he thought Mbali needed money more than her dignity! Fortunately we still have women like Enhle who do not get intimidated by how big of a superstar one can become they still stay true to their values
