Cardi B and Stefon Diggs welcome their first child together: a baby boy

Cardi B has officially added “mum of four” to her already stacked CV, and trust, she’s doing it with the same energy she brings to every chart-topping moment.

The rapper has welcomed a baby boy with NFL star Stefon Diggs, marking their first child together and a brand-new chapter in her ever-evolving story.

The new arrival comes nearly a year after Cardi B publicly confirmed her pregnancy during a sit-down with CBS Mornings in September 2025, where she admitted she was “in a good space… very strong, very powerful” while juggling the demands of her music career and impending motherhood.

Fans had barely recovered from the maternity shoot snaps before she decided to drop the real news: baby number four is here, healthy, and already stealing the spotlight.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper celebrated the arrival with her trademark sass, sharing polished visuals and a heartfelt message about rediscovering strength, setting healthier boundaries and stepping into a new era as a woman and an artist.

She hinted that motherhood hasn’t slowed her down. If anything, it’s given her even more fire to push ahead with new music and plans.

"Starting over is never easy, but it’s been so worth it," Cardi B wrote on Instagram alongside a video of her being, well, Cardi. 

"I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else, so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve."

She also provided insight into where her focus lies now that she's welcomed the new addition, saying, "This next chapter is Me vs. Me!"

"I’ve started prepping for tour, getting my body right, getting my mind right," she said. "There’s nothing that's gonna stop me from giving you guys the performance of a lifetime!" 

Unlike her pregnancies with Offset, which had the world’s cameras glued to every move and every headline, Cardi B’s fourth pregnancy felt… different.

This time, she’s in control, sharing just enough to let fans in, but keeping the drama out. There’s a calm confidence to it, like she’s saying, “Yes, I’m having a baby. Yes, I’m still me. Now, let’s move.”
