Love is in the air, and Nonku Williams is glowing like she just got dipped in sunshine.
"The Real Housewives of Durban" queen and her new man, Lungani Rammaledi, are serving soft-life romance with a side of Sunday comfort, and we’re here for every spoonful.
Williams treated fans to another heart-melting video on Sunday, showing the pair enjoying a relaxed, intimate afternoon at Rammaledi’s home. And instead of the usual soft-launch selfies, they went full domestic: a playful kitchen showdown.
Rammaledi took charge with sirloin steak, free-range lamb, broccoli, mushrooms and asparagus, while Williams brought out her inner chef with a fish dish swimming in creamy garlic goodness.
And because nothing says “South African Sunday” like good food and gospel music in the background. The couple’s kitchen thandana vibes were set to Sbu Noah’s "Medley Ka Ma" and Reverend Benjamin Dube’s "Yiwo Lawa Amandla" and "I Need Thee" playing softly in the background.
You know how it goes: Sundays are for full bellies, clean hearts, and gospel that makes you rethink your whole life while the pot still simmers.
By the time the video wrapped up, Williams had plated her fish, and Rammaledi didn’t waste a second hyping her up. He took a bite and declared it delicious, the kind of support every sis deserves.
Williams, on the other hand, kept things spicy, telling fans that she’d reveal the winner of their cooking challenge later. Cliffhanger energy.
And we see why this kitchen moment is so cute. Studies actually show that couples who cook together report higher levels of happiness and connection.
Sharing the chopping, tasting, and even the inevitable mess builds teamwork, sparks laughter, and yes, can even turn up the romance. Basically, if you’re stirring, flipping, and seasoning together, you’re also stirring up some serious couple goals.
Of course, fans haven’t forgotten Williams’s past relationships, especially the public ones that came with more drama than a season finale. Her whirlwind romance with Dumisani “Rough Diamond” Ndlazi ended in tears after reports of financial disputes and trust issues.
Williams has been open about wanting love that feels peaceful, grown, and drama-free, something that wasn’t always present in her past romances.
But now? Our sis looks happy, soft, loved, and unbothered. And that’s the only storyline we’re interested in right now.
