MBA officially done. Graduation loading. ProVerb celebrates another academic win.

Rapper and businessman ProVerb is adding another qualification to his name. The media personality recently shared that he has officially completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA), with graduation now in sight.
Taking to social media, the media personality reflected on the final stretch of his studies.
“My last assignment tried to trip me at the end, but the final exam carried me over the finish line. My heart is full. Grateful to my family, colleagues, lecturers, supervisors & the many who supported me quietly behind the scenes.
"MBA officially done. Graduation loading. Deeply thankful. On to the next chapter,” he wrote.
It was a proud and reflective moment, especially considering how intentional his return to academia has been.
In 2025, ProVerb graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Regenesys Business School. At the time, he marked the achievement with a heartfelt tribute to his late mother.
“The best #MothersDay gift I could give my late mom is to keep the promise I made when I laid her to rest, to spend the rest of my life trying to make her proud and to become the man she had always hoped I would become,” he wrote.
He also expressed gratitude to his father for his constant support.
“Every step I’ve taken has been guided by your unwavering support and belief in me. Thank you for empowering me to chase my dreams and for always encouraging me to be true to myself.
"As I stand here today, holding my BBA degree from Regenesys Business School, I am filled with immense gratitude for everything you’ve done. You’ve given me the freedom to explore, to learn, and to grow, and for that, I am forever indebted.
"Now, more than ever, I strive to make you proud, not just as your son, but as the person you’ve always seen in me. Here’s to the future, where I hope to continue making you proud and standing tall as the son you’ve raised me to be. Thank you, Pa, for everything,” he wrote.
According to a report by "The Citizen", ProVerb has previously said that growing up in a family rooted in academia shaped him.
His father is a medical doctor, and his late mother was a professor at the University of the North West. Although he initially gravitated towards entertainment, he later realised he wanted to challenge himself academically.
“I always had this bug and this itch that I had to go and scratch. So I revisited it, and I’m currently completing my master’s now, hoping to pursue my doctorate so that I can also get the Dr title on the strap,” he said at the time.
He added: “On the one hand, absolutely, it is to pay homage and respect to my family, but also personal pursuits and personal aspirations that I have for myself, just to see how far I can take it.”
