Kylie Jenner is at the centre of a messy legal drama after her former housekeeper filed a discrimination lawsuit.

The 28-year-old reality star is facing serious allegations regarding a toxic environment at her California homes.

Angelica Vasquez, a practising Catholic from El Salvador, worked for the billionaire from September 2024 until August 2025.

She originally started at the Beverly Hills property before being transferred to Jenner’s mansion in Hidden Hills.

According to court documents, Vasquez claims she faced immediate hostility from fellow staff members.

She specifically named a head housekeeper, Patsy, and another woman, Elsie, who allegedly made her feel unwelcome right from the start.

The accusations in the filing are incredibly severe. The lawsuit states that Vasquez was "subjected to severe and pervasive harassment" on the job.

She alleges she was "routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks" and was "publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion."

Co-workers reportedly mocked her accent, snapped their fingers at her, and treated her as inferior because of her background. Things allegedly escalated to physical intimidation.

In March 2025, a supervisor reportedly threw coat hangers at her feet during a reprimand.

Vasquez also claims she was falsely accused of misconduct in a "demeaning and degrading manner" and was even forced to hand over her personal phone for inspection.

The filing makes it clear how bad things got, noting, "This conduct was continuous and created a toxic and abusive work environment."

The drama even spilt over into the beauty mogul's personal life.

Vasquez claims she was ordered to work at the Beverly Hills home of actor Timothée Chalamet, whom the star is currently dating.

While Jenner balances a successful cosmetics empire and life as a single mother of two, Vasquez alleges she was the one unfairly left unpaid for transportation expenses related to these extra trips between the properties.

When she tried to speak up and file complaints about her treatment, her concerns were allegedly "dismissed, mocked, or ignored."

The toll on her health was devastating. Vasquez says she developed "anxiety, severe stress and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder," which forced her to take a medical leave of absence in July 2025.

She ultimately resigned the next month, stating that the "working conditions had become intolerable."

While the lawsuit does not accuse Jenner of participating in the direct harassment, she is named as a defendant for allegedly failing to address the hostile work environment.

Two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services, are also listed in the suit alongside 25 unidentified individuals.

Vasquez is now demanding a jury trial and seeking damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and punitive damages.

Jenner and her team have not yet publicly commented on the legal battle.
