947 radio presenter and actress Thando Thabethe might have made her relationship with award-winning broadcaster Robert Marawa Instagram official.
Thabethe on Instagram posted a carousel of pictures of herself at the Nedbank International Polo, and the final picture was a snap of herself and Marawa.
Thabethe’s picture had many commenting on their love for the last frame, in which they are seen holding each other affectionately and gazing into each other’s eyes.
Marawa and Thabethe have been romantically linked for several years, with reports about their relationship surfacing in late 2023. They have, however, kept things off social media despite being spotted together at events.
The two were spotted even at a soccer match, and the moment was caught on camera. Early this year, Marawa and Thabethe went on vacation overseas. Despite them being at the same locations, they have never posted pictures together online.
In a recent interview on 947’s Drive with Thando, Marawa was asked by co-host Msizi James about his relationship status.
“Just for everyone out there. What is your relationship status now? Like, where are we at? You know, are you in a committed relationship? Are you on the market? The soap lady's gone, obviously. So where are we now?” asks James.
Marawa responded in a way that answered the question but also didn't. “We are at a stage in life where I fully love my family, and they love me back, and I love the world,” he said.
The post has already sparked interest in whether more posts are coming and whether the couple is taking their relationship to the next level.
