February is upon us, and as the "month of love," it’s bringing some heavy hitters to the big screen.
Whether you’re looking for a classic tragic romance, a lighthearted Italian adventure, or a dark, immortal love story, there is something for everyone this Valentine’s season.
Here are the three movies you definitely need to watch this month.
At the top of everyone’s list is Emerald Fennell’s new take on Wuthering Heights. This isn't just a movie; it's arguably the most anticipated release of 2026.
The buzz around this one is massive for a few reasons. First, it stars Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, two of the biggest names in Hollywood right now.
Their chemistry is reportedly off the charts, but it's the director who has people really talking. Emerald Fennell (who gave us Saltburn) is known for being bold and provocative, so this isn't going to be your typical, dusty period drama.
Expect something stylish, intense, and maybe even a little bit dangerous. It hits theatres just in time for Valentine's Day on February 13.
If you’re in the mood for something that will make you smile, keep an eye out for "Solo Mio", releasing on February 6.
What makes this one so interesting is the lead. Most of us know Kevin James for his hilarious comedy roles, but in Solo Mio, he’s stepping into a true romantic lead.
He plays a man who gets left at the altar in Rome and decides to go on his honeymoon alone.
While it’s still funny, it’s a much more heartfelt, "feel-good" kind of story than we usually see from him.
It’s a beautiful look at finding love and yourself in the middle of the stunning Italian countryside.
Finally, we have something for those who like their romance with a bit of a bite.
Releasing on February 6, this version of “Dracula” is directed by Luc Besson and stars Caleb Landry Jones.
While Dracula is usually filed under horror, this specific adaptation is being told as a grand, gothic love story.
It focuses on the Count’s 400-year journey to find the reincarnation of his lost wife.
It’s dark, it's moody, and it's incredibly romantic in a tragic, eternal sort of way. If you want a love story that’s a little more "till death do us part", this is the one to catch.
