Fans applaud DJ Zinhle for uplifting young creatives like Moghelingz in 'Woza' music video

DJ Zinhle is once again capturing hearts for her unwavering support for young creatives in the industry.

The award-winning DJ recently dropped the music video for her song, "Woza", which was released earlier this year. 

The video showcases a compilation of moments from the Woza Summer events she hosted, featuring guests enjoying themselves and giving fans the chance to spot their friends or themselves in the scenes.

Taking to Instagram, DJ Zinhle shared a snippet of the music video with the voice over: "My favourite part of the music video is not actually what's in the music video, it's who directed the music video.

"The part I like the most is that Moghelingz actually creatively directed the music video, which is quite iconic. 

She praised Moghelingz for his expertise, adding, "I think it was his first project, and he hit it; it was amazing. It was everything it needed to be, and I'm glad we got direction from someone like Moghelingz who knows exactly what they doing, visually on a normal day. That's dope."

Moghelingz, whose real name is Banele Ndaba is well-known on social media for creating content that includes dance, comedy advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights and make-up transformations, especially on TikTok.

Their work is recognised for pushing creative boundaries and striving for representation in digital spaces. They has even co-hosted the TikTok Awards for Sub-Saharan Africa.

DJ Zinhle's fans took to the comments section of her post to shower her with praise for her commitment to uplifting young talent.

"Such a beautiful thing to witness how much you enjoy working with youngsters and showing them they must believe in themselves as much as you do, if not more. 🔥😍♥️🙌🏽," wrote @simvio.
