Peppa Pig has become a big sister for the second time!
After making the biggest reveal to the world in February this year that they are growing their family, the Pig family welcomed their third baby girl named Evie on Tuesday, May 20.
According to the writers of this global hit animated show, the baby was born at the same hospital as Prince William and Princess Catherine's three royal children called the Lindo Wing in London.
The exciting news was shared on “Good Morning Britain” after the host, Richard Arnold, revealed that he received a heart-warming call from Daddy Pig at around 5.30am telling him that the Pig family is now a family of five.

Before the news broke out, Mummy Pig also revealed on the family's official Instagram account that the baby is on the way with a picture of the family rushing to the hospital, Daddy Pig carrying the hospital bag with and a bold sentence written “On the way!”
The caption read: “It’s happening! Everybody stay calm.”
After a few hours, this morning they announced that baby Evie has made her official grand entrance into the world.
“On this joyous of days, we announce the birth of our sweet baby girl!”
Fans congratulated the family on their new addition to their family.
“The best news, congratulations to you all, we can’t wait to meet her,” @bootsuk commented.
“Congratulations to the family!” @catwoman_kat said.
The Pig family also revealed just four days ago that they are expecting the baby any day now with a caption that said: “Babyyyyyy……where are youuuuuuu??????”
The baby name choice, Evie, is a tribute to Mummy Pig's aunt, also named Evie.
A month ago, the family held a gender reveal where the piglet's gender was revealed to the world with the iconic Battersea chimneys lit pink to mark a very special moment.
