Sinbad the Sailor
In this KickstArt pantomime, audiences can expect a vibrant display of colourful sets and costumes that will transport them into a world of mystery inspired by the magical stories of the Arabian Nights.
The production features lively music and energetic dance inspired by Bollywood, which promises to make this a truly unforgettable experience for families.
Written and directed by Steven Stead, "Sinbad the Sailor" features set designs by Greg King.
The cast brings to life the adventures of Sinbad with Rory Booth starring as the brave sailor, and he is joined by Bryan Hiles, who plays his hilarious mother, Dame Donna Kebab.
Sinbad faces challenges from his nemesis, Long John Slither, played by Lyle Buxton, and must outsmart the scheming sorceress, Morgiana the Magnificent, portrayed by Belinda Henwood.
Sinbad’s love interest, Marina, will be brought to the stage by Roshanda Lewis, while Marion Loudon, Blessing Xaba and Mthokozisi Zulu add even more fun to the mix.
Gather your loved ones and prepare for a magical journey across the Seven Seas with "Sinbad the Sailor".

A Fairytale Christmas Carol: The Musical
Charles Dickens' timeless story about life’s second chances, "A Christmas Carol", has been adapted to "A Fairytale Christmas Carol, the Musical".
Showcased by 80 children from the Young Performers Project, the production combines the timeless story of Ebenezer Scrooge, known for his cold heart, with enchanting fairytale characters that everyone loves.
James Armstrong takes on the role of Scrooge and is visited by the ghost of his old business partner, Jacob Midas, known for his magical ability to turn things golden.
Midas warns Scrooge about the important lessons he will learn from three ghosts: the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future.
Where: Playhouse Drama Theatre.
