Multi award-winning rapper, Cardi B recently opened up about motherhood and how being a mother to four children changed her.
In an interview with “Allure” magazine, the rapper, who is currently mid-tour, shared that when one becomes a mother, priorities change.
“Something changes in you, and that’s all moms,” she says. “Even a f***ing dog will change as soon as they become a mom. They don’t have to learn it. A new you is born,” she said.
The Grammy award-winning rapper shares three children Kulture, Blossom and Wave with her ex-husband, Offset and welcomed her fourth child in November 2025, with her NFL ex-boyfriend, Steffon Diggs.
Despite her work commitments and making sure that she gives her fans their money’s worth for the Little Miss Drama Tour, one thing is for sure, she prioritises her children and makes sure that she gives them the best stable childhood.
“So I just be like, ‘How the f*** am I gonna make this s*** f******* work?” Cardi B explained when discussing the logistics of touring as a mother.
She said that although she would have loved to tour with her children, she prioritises their education, which is why she opted to leave them at home to attend school rather than be on a tour bus with her.
While we are still on the topic of her tour, during her stop at Madison Square Garden in New York, Cardi brought out Kulture and Wave on stage with her.
Their adorable appearance was short but sweet, with the siblings walking out with their mom and waving to fans.
During a funny moment of reflection in a viral video, the “WAP” rapper shared that she can’t fathom how she ended up having four children.
“How the f**** I got four kids? I was saying that s*** right, like my aunt was like ‘How you got four kids?'."
The 33-year-old added that it was all a blur and she feels like their oldest sister.
