Kim Kardashian maintains a daily 90-minute workout to stay strong and flexible at 44.

She told “Vogue” that her routine centres on strength training. “I’m a big weightlifter, so I do lots of weights,” she said.

Back issues have required some changes. “I’ve had to readjust just some of my workouts, but I have to lower my body in order to stay toned. I will do a few days of upper body,” she explained.

Kardashian usually targets one area at a time. “I do an hour and a half a day, with weights and stretching, and a little bit of cardio,” she said.

Pilates plays an important role. “I love pilates … I find when I don’t incorporate pilates at least once a week, I can feel it in my back,” she said. “I definitely need that lengthening and stretching.”

The mother of four prefers to train in the morning but admitted that she gets distracted. “I am the kind of annoying workout person who checks her phone throughout the workout and responds to people,” she said. “I’m sure that really frustrates my trainer.”

Music helps her stay motivated.

Kardashian likes to exercise to Justin Bieber tracks and keeps them on her playlist. Dance-based workouts or hot yoga classes are not part of her plan.

Here’s our list of Justin Bieber songs we think she enjoys during her workouts:

  • “Sorry” has a steady mid-tempo beat that works well for warm-ups or moderate cardio.
  • “What Do You Mean?” features catchy rhythm changes that help keep energy levels high during circuits or intervals.
  • “Peaches” offers a smooth yet upbeat groove that supports steady lifting sets.
  • “Intentions” combines positive lyrics with a driving tempo that helps maintain focus through long strength sessions.
  • “Where Are Ü Now” includes strong electronic drops that add bursts of intensity for sprints or high-repetition moves.
  • “Hold On” provides a motivating build and fast pace that suits a final push or a cool-down with light cardio.
