Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce broke the internet with their engagement announcement on Instagram, and the Swifties are still freaking out.
The post was full of dreamy photos from the proposal, showing off a romantic garden setting covered in fresh flowers and candles, but the real showstopper was the ring, which she showed off in one of the pictures.

The engagement ring is a vintage-inspired beauty that Kelce reportedly helped design with Kindred Lubeck, a New York City goldsmith and founder of Artifex Fine Jewellery.
The designer is known for her intricate hand-engraving style, which she calls “tattooing rings,” and that signature look is clear in Taylor’s piece.
The centre stone appears to be an elongated old mine cushion cut diamond set in 18k yellow gold.
This particular cut is an antique style that dates back to the 18th century, known for its soft, pillowy shape and brilliant sparkle.
While the exact specs of the diamond haven’t been confirmed, reports suggest it could be around eight carats.
It’s definitely big, but not over-the-top by celebrity standards. And honestly, that feels so on-brand for Taylor.
It’s thoughtful and classy without screaming for attention.
It’s a far cry from the jaw-dropping 35-carat rock Cristiano Ronaldo gave Georgina Rodriguez, proving that size isn’t everything.

Swift has always had a love for antique and vintage-inspired jewellery, often mixing those pieces with modern touches.
Travis clearly knows her taste, and it shows.
For the proposal, she kept her look effortless but polished.
She wore a striped silk midi dress from Polo Ralph Lauren, a Cartier Santos Demoiselle gold diamond watch, and a pair of classic Louis Vuitton sandal heels.

According to People magazine, Travis’s dad, Ed Kelce, said the proposal actually happened two weeks ago in the footballer’s backyard in Missouri.
After Swift said yes, the couple video-called their families to share the news and then celebrated with a quiet dinner together, with the award-winning singer even cooking.
According to a report by Meta, the post shattered Instagram records, racking up more than 14 million likes in the first hour and over a million reposts within six hours.
The pair started dating back in 2023 after he famously tried to give her a friendship bracelet at one of her Eras Tour shows.
Since then, they’ve become one of the most-watched couples in the world, from Taylor cheering him on at NFL games to their joint red carpet moments.
