South African influencer and reality TV star Vuyokazi Nciweni announced she is undergoing another surgery.

Nciweni posted videos of herself at Mono Clinic in Turkey, a common and popular cosmetic clinic among SA celebrities and influencers.

“The transformation that began in Istanbul now continues in Izmir @monocosmeticsurgery. A journey of growth, strength and new beginnings,” she captioned her post.

Even though Nciweni did not specify which cosmetic surgery she would be undergoing this time around, her fans were led to believe that she was having a “mommy makeover” surgery due to a hashtag she used in one of her TikTok videos.

According to The Cosmetic Surgery Institute, “mommy makeover” is a combination of cosmetic surgeries, which is done to address body changes after pregnancy to help achieve a more defined appearance.

These surgeries include a tummy tuck for a flatter stomach, breast procedures to improve size or lift and liposuction for stubborn fat.

Nciweni is no stranger to cosmetic surgeries since she underwent one last year, citing weight loss as one of the reasons why she got the surgery.

The reality TV star went for gastric sleeve surgery last year and candidly opened up about her reasons as to why she is doing the surgery and gave fans a behind-the-scenes of her journey in Istanbul.

“It’s something that I thought would be good for me because I am actually struggling with losing weight. I’ve tried everything; eating proper foods and all of that, but I think I lacked self-discipline when it comes to the kind of foods that I eat and that has become very unhealthy for me to a point where it gets so bad," she explained.

She also shared that she wants to live long for her children, which is one of the reasons why she chose to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.

The mother of two is among many celebrities this year who chose to elevate their looks and do the same “mommy make-over” surgery.

Actress Simphiwe “Simz” Ngema also did a mommy make-over procedure in July with Mono Clinic as well.

While reality TV star, Nozipho Ntshangase, is also the recent celebrity to do a mommy make-over, citing that she is on a self-love and healing journey.
