Seven teenagers have been arrested in connection with the brutal murder of 16-year-old Micah Klaasen in the Eastern Cape.

Klaasen was murdered in Fairview on Saturday.

“On arrival, the members were informed that the deceased was allegedly attacked by a group of 6-10 unknown suspects in Mimosa Road. The deceased, identified as Micah Klaasen, had died on scene,” said Van Rensburg.

She further said that the motive for the attack is unknown and will be clarified during court proceedings.
