Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande, wanted in connection with the murders of South African rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, have arrived in KwaZulu-Natal from Eswatini and are set to be formally charged.
Police spokesperson Athlenda Mathe confirmed their arrival and revealed that the brothers are also linked to additional murder cases. This development comes nearly two years after the deaths of Forbes and Motsoane in Durban.
Upon their arrival at the airport, South African Interpol officers executed the warrant of arrest, officially placing the brothers under arrest in South Africa, where they will undergo the necessary legal processes, including fingerprinting.
Mathe provided details of the extradition process: “A high-risk team left South Africa to travel to the Kingdom of Eswatini, where they met with officers from Interpol Eswatini for the handover. Interpol officers from South Africa and Mbabane escorted the two brothers back to South Africa. Upon arrival at King Shaka International Airport, our lead investigator executed a J50 warrant of arrest.”
It is revealed that the Ndimande brothers are linked to three separate murder cases. The first being the alleged murder of a taxi boss, followed by the much-publicised murders of AKA and Tibz Motsoane, for which they face eleven charges.
Additionally, they are implicated in the murder of a taxi boss's driver, as well as the attempted murder of his wife, and are also carrying eleven charges connected to that case.

The first involves a taxi boss, the second relates to the murders of AKA and Tibz Motsoane, for which they face eleven charges, and the third involves the murder of a taxi boss’s driver and the attempted murder of his wife, also carrying eleven charges. They were officially arrested at the airport, processed, and fingerprinted.”
The return of the Ndimande brothers marks a significant step in the ongoing investigations into multiple high-profile murder cases in South Africa.
This is a developing story.
