"Emily in Paris" star Lucien Laviscount is soaking up the sun and charm of the Mother City, Cape Town, showcasing the city's iconic sights to his fans across the globe.
The star, best known for his role as Alfie, the dashing British banker on the Netflix hit series, recently delighted his followers with a series of picturesque posts on Instagram.
He shared images of himself enjoying stunning Cape Town sunsets, strolling along the neighbourhood and having some fun at the beach among other things.
In his Instagram caption, Laviscount casually asked, "What are your plans this weekend?"
One photo in particular sparked intrigue among fans: Laviscount was seen holding what appears to be a film script, leading many to speculate that the British heartthrob may be in South Africa for a new shooting project.
This isn’t Laviscount's first sighting in the city.
In an earlier encounter back in March, a Cape Town resident shared a TikTok video snapping a picture with the actor.
Her caption read, "Alfie! Bumped into this guy at Greenpoint Stadium today, looking for the gym! 😅 The Emily in Paris fans will know! 😍♥️."
This interaction quickly generated a flurry of excitement among fans, who took to the comments section in the hope of having their unexpected encounters.

Online reports say that the star is set to act in several upcoming productions, including "Tinsel Town" and "People We Meet on Vacation", both of which are slated for release this year.
He also has a film called "Copperhead" in post-production and is reprising his role in fifth season of "Emily in Paris".
