UPDATE | OR Tambo airport security queues flowing smoothly

Travellers at the OR Tambo International Airport can expect a smooth process as all security screening points are now operating at full capacity. 

"While there are queues, they remain manageable and are flowing steadily within the designated maze areas. Thank you for your patience and cooperation," ORTIA shared in a post on social media on Thursday.

This comes after FlySafair issued a travel advisory for passengers departing from the airport last week, warning of extended delays at security checkpoints due to recent operational changes at the airport.
