Sipping sangria and making memories: Khuli Chana and DJ Lamiez's Portugal escapade

Mzansi’s favourite celebrity couple, Khuli Chana and Lamiez Holworthy, recently took some time off from their busy schedules to enjoy a sunny getaway in Portugal. 

The couple shared their holiday adventures with fans on social media, showcasing a blend of fun, relaxation and a little bit of work.

Holworthy, a popular DJ and radio presenter, posted various pictures from their trip, reminding her followers of the importance of taking breaks.

In one heartfelt post, she expressed how much she missed her little ones but recognised that it is essential to find time for herself and for her relationship with Chana.

She wrote: "The wildest thing about this chapter in my life is finding a balance without guilt. Being away from my little ones for this long at a time where Leano is AWARE has been hard, but I’m also learning the importance of 'me' and 'us' time."

Even though the first-time mom mentioned the challenges of being away from her little ones, she reassured her followers that she was having a fantastic time. 

"As a first-time mom, it’s been hard, but I’ll tell you this, I’m having the time of my life. ❤️Can you relate? How do you do it? Teach me. 🥺."

During their time in Portugal, the couple visited beautiful places, tried delicious food and even checked out an art gallery.

They also made sure to take some time to relax by the poolside, sipped champers under the sun and indulged in a little shopping.

One of the highlights for Chana came when he took to the stage at the 2025 Gold Conference in Lisbon, where he performed AKA's hit song "Baddest". 

After the event, the couple kept the party going, grooving to some vibrant Bollywood tunes with their friends.
