Experience Bali with Nadia Jaftha: her unforgettable 33rd birthday celebration with new bae

These are the words of South African digital influencer Nadia Jaftha, who recently shared her experiences from a picturesque getaway in Bali, Indonesia, on TikTok.

Jaftha celebrated her 33rd birthday on the Island of the Gods, marking the occasion with a trip filled with adventure and relaxation.

“A whole 33 years old! 🥺❤️ I even forgot how old I was turning 😩🤣 I thought I was turning 32 🙈🫣 but I’m so grateful! 🥺,” she expressed in her post.

During her stay, Jaftha enjoyed lounging poolside at Luna Beach Club, showcasing her vibrant collection of colourful bikinis and embracing her playful side.

Although Jaftha is no stranger to Bali, this trip was extra special as she travelled with her business partner and rumoured new boyfriend, Reece Meyer. 

Jaftha soft-launched the relationship and shared a clip of them fist-bumping on a flight. Another video included her giving followers a room tour with Meyer stepping into the villa. 

She previously dated Xavier Haupt after they announced their relationship in 2022.

However, after 2 years of dating, the pair released a joint statement announcing their break-up in January 2024. 

She also indulged in a relaxing visit to Bodyworks Spa in Seminyak, where she radiated with an island glow in an animal print maxi dress.

“A literal dream! 😍,” she remarked.

"My third time going to Bali but that just shows you how much I love it. Something about this island just keeps drawing me back 🥺❤️."

Bali is known for being a relatively affordable overseas holiday destination, boasting stunning scenery, a tropical climate, and a welcoming culture.

The favourable exchange rate makes the cost of living and accommodation lower than in many other popular travel spots.

The island offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with activities ranging from beautiful beaches and surfing to hiking and temple visits.

In addition to her birthday celebrations, Jaftha recently graced the cover of "Glamour" magazine alongside her celebrity best friend, Ntando Rambani.

“Just two friends doing what we love, on set and on shelves 🥹🙏💕,” Jaftha shared in an Instagram post.

During the cover shoot, the duo reflected on the beginning of their friendship.

“The first time we saw each other, we loved each other,” Rambani said.

Jaftha added, “I knew Ntando and I were going to be friends when I went into her hotel room and she said, ‘Excuse me, I just have to take a poo,’ and she didn’t close the bathroom door. I thought, ‘No, this one, we’re going to be good friends'.”
