Pop superstar Jessie J has officially been declared cancer-free following an intense, year-long battle with early-stage breast cancer.

The 37-year-old "Price Tag" singer shared the profound medical update on Instagram after a high-stakes MRI and follow-up appointment, sending a wave of relief and celebration through her global fanbase.

"RESULTS ARE IN, AND I AM CANCER FREE!!" the mother-of-one wrote to her millions of followers, capturing the heavy, emotional gravity of the moment.

"I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year."

The British singer-songwriter, born Jessica Cornish, first shocked the entertainment world last year when she revealed her breast cancer diagnosis.

True to her signature, unfiltered relationship with fans, Jessie didn’t sugarcoat the terror of the disease, admitting in a candid video clip right before her recent check-up: "I’m actually s***ting myself; I’m not gonna lie."

The diagnosis forced the chart-topping artist to put her life and career on pause. Last August, she cancelled the US leg of her "No Secrets" tour and postponed European dates to undergo a grueling second surgery.

According to breast cancer awareness advocates and clinical studies, early detection remains the most critical factor in survival rates.

Jessie herself emphasised this during her initial announcement, noting: "Cancer sucks in any form, but I’m holding on to the word ‘early’."

This major health victory is just the latest chapter in Jessie's lifelong resilience.

The "Domino" singer has survived a lifetime of medical anomalies, including a chronic heart condition diagnosed at age eight, a minor stroke at just 18 years old, and, sadly but not least, a sudden, temporary loss of her hearing.

Yet, rather than letting these battles break her spirit, Jessie has continuously channeled her pain into transcendent art, like her late 2025 album, "Don’t Tease Me With A Good Time".

"Since I was young, so many things have happened to me," she previously shared with "Women’s Health UK". "Nothing has broken me. I believe I’ve gone through all the things I have to help people. Even if it’s just to write songs about it."

The emotional peak of her journey occurred last September at the BBC Radio 2 in the Park festival, where she returned to the stage post-surgery. It marked the very first time her two-year-old son saw her perform live.

Before launching into her poignant anthem, "Living My Best Life", Jessie revealed she was diagnosed just two weeks before the song's release.

Rejecting advice to hide away, she chose to sing through the pain, delivering a powerful message on health, survival, and community that serves as an urgent reminder to us all.

"Life is about standing in the storm but holding up your umbrella and just keeping moving forward," Jessie told the weeping crowd.

"We never know when our last day will be, so soak this up, hug the people you love hard."
